生成应急处置流程是高校危机管理中最重要的部分,目前应急处置流程的生成完全依靠人工手动生成,生成的处置流程缺乏准确性、合理性和时效性。针对这一问题,提出使用改进的遗传算法自动生成应急处置流程。提取了危机事件的特征信息作为遗传基因,并将处置流程的染色体采用分段式管理,采用最优保存策略法和分段的比例选择法改进了选择算子。
The process of emergency response is the most important part of the crisis management in colleges and universities. At present, the emergency response process is generated entirely by hand and the resulting disposal process lacks accuracy, rationality and timeliness. In response to this problem, an improved genetic algorithm is proposed to automatically generate emergency procedures. The characteristic information of the crisis events was extracted as the genetic information, and the chromosomes of the treatment process were managed in a segmented manner. The selection operator was improved by using the optimal preservation strategy and the segmental proportional selection method.
