观察了112例冠心病患者(冠心病,陈旧性心肌梗塞46例,冠心病合并糖尿病26例)体外血栓形成的实验,以64例同龄健康人为对照。结果冠心病患者体外血栓长度平均为31.50±17.78 mm,血栓湿重平均为99.21±38.62 mg,血栓干重平均为29.03±13.59 mg。健康人以上结果分别为:21.20±5.40、73.08±17.14、20.13±5.33,二者间相比,均有非常显著差异。冠心病各病比较,冠心病合并糖尿病患者血栓长度和湿重增加更为明显。
Thrombosis in 112 patients with coronary heart disease (coronary heart disease, 46 cases of old myocardial infarction, 26 cases of coronary heart disease with diabetes) were observed in vitro. Results The average length of in vitro thrombus in patients with coronary heart disease was 31.50 ± 17.78 mm, the average wet thrombus weight was 99.21 ± 38.62 mg, and the average thrombus dry weight was 29.03 ± 13.59 mg. The results of healthy people above are respectively: 21.20 ± 5.40, 73.08 ± 17.14 and 20.13 ± 5.33, there are very significant differences between the two. Comparison of coronary heart disease, coronary heart disease with diabetes increased thrombus length and wet weight more pronounced.
