患者,女,65岁。半月前发现左乳出现肿块,2ｄ内增大如拳,胀痛明显,局部皮肤发热。当地医院穿刺。第一次抽出血性液体少许,第二次抽出咖啡样液体100ｍｌ。抗感染治疗,肿块消失。穿刺后4ｄ肿块复出,渐增大,伴畏寒发热,体温39.2℃。查体:左乳房明显大于对侧,局部有青紫,表面结节状
