信息化是社会发展的必然趋势,信息化水平已成为衡量一个国家现代化水平和综合实力的重要指标。提高国民的信息素养,培养信息化人才是国家信息化建设的基础,教育信息化是国家信息化建设的必经之路。教师教育信息化既是教育信息化重要组成部分,又是推动教育信息化建设的重要力量。初中阶段信息技术课程无疑在提高学生信息素养方面有着基础性作用。而信息技术课程教师在培养学生信息素养方面起着主导性作用。如何提高初中信息技术教师业务水平成为当前亟需研究和解决的问题。本文从改变教育观念、探讨多元化教学模式、开展校本教研、推动学科整合四个方面进行探讨提升初中信息技术教师能力的措施。
Informatization is an inevitable trend of social development. The level of informatization has become an important indicator to measure the modernization level and overall strength of a country. Raising the national information literacy and cultivating informatization talents are the foundation of the national informatization construction. The informatization of education is the only way for the national informatization construction. The informationization of teacher education is not only an important part of education informatization, but also an important force in promoting the construction of education informatization. The information technology course in junior high school has undoubtedly played a fundamental role in improving students’ information literacy. Information technology curriculum teachers play a leading role in cultivating student information literacy. How to improve junior high school IT teachers’ professional level has become a problem that needs urgent research and solution. This article discusses the measures to improve junior high school IT teachers’ ability from four aspects: changing educational concepts, exploring diverse teaching models, carrying out school-based teaching and research, and promoting discipline integration.
