在整理一学期的教研活动管理日记时,一个个鲜活的教学现场又浮现在眼前。回顾在以区域游戏活动课程为切入点的实践研究中,通过组织的一次次园本教研活动,我深深体会到教师在教学实践中的变化与成长,也感受到作为业务管理者自身专业水平的提高,更从孩子的快乐发展中感受到:以园本教研的方式,不断帮助教师解决在教学实践中的问题,在不断梳理和总结的过程中,引领教师实现从观念到行为的转变,达到促进自身与教师共同进步,提高教师教学质量的园本教研目标。现将几则日记与同行共享:
