拥有一支高素质、相对稳定的员工队伍,是县级供电企业做强、做精、做实、做优的首要条件。稳定员工队伍是县级供电企业工作的重中之重,必须立足当前,着眼长远,坚持不懈地抓紧抓好,抓出实效。当前,正是电力体制改革和企业全面发展的关键时期,要适应变革发展新趋势、创先发展新要求,必须稳定县级供电企业员工队伍。县级供电企业员工队伍仍然存在一些短板和矛盾需要引起关注和解决,县级供电企业管理者必须正视问题,找到有效的解决对策。

To stabilize the workforce is the most important task for the county-level power supply enterprises. We must base ourselves on the current situation, focus on the long-term and unremittingly and firmly grasp the actual results.
