加快港口资源整合既是推进区域港口发展一体化进程的必然要求,也是加快建设北方国际航运核心区的重要工作。本文结合天津港实际情况,依据国资国企改革的有关要求,借鉴近期国内有关港口通过资本市场积极推动港口资源整合的有关经验,对在加快推进天津港口资源整合过程中应当充分重视和发挥国资运营平台的主导作用、港口上市公司的主体作用以及通过资本市场作用延伸港口产业链条,促进港口转型升级的有关问题进行了分析。
Accelerating the integration of port resources is both an inevitable requirement for promoting the process of the integration of regional ports and an important task for accelerating the construction of a nuclear center for international shipping in the north.
