电光性眼炎多因电焊时紫外线过度照射所致双眼光电损伤性浅层结膜角膜炎,临床上约经6～8小时潜伏期后以剧烈的双眼疼痛、怕光、流泪等刺激症状而多于夜晚急诊。近年来,电光性眼炎已成为农村地区常见急诊之一。该病症病人痛苦大,反应强,可持续1～3日。我科近几年应用瞳子髎穴位封闭法治疗电光性眼炎120例,均获良好效果,现报告如下。方法:普鲁卡因皮试阴性后,双眼轻闭,在双眼外眦外5分处(成人约1.2厘米)取瞳子髎穴,消毒后
