在构造沉降、泥沙淤积及人工围堤的相互作用下,长江中游盆地地质环境系统分割为演变方向不同的两部分:堤外水域成为人工过饱盆地,堤内垸地成为人工饥饿盆地。因此,长江某些区段及洞庭湖洪水位抬升,垸地高程不断降低,洪涝渍害不断加剧。在系统分析基础上,初步提出了重建良性循环的人工—自然复合地质环境系统的思路与防洪对策。
Under the interaction of sedimentation, sedimentation and artificial embankment, the geological environment system in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River is divided into two parts with different evolvement directions: the embankment outside the embankment becomes an artificial over-saturated basin, and the embankment embankment becomes an artificial hunger basin. Therefore, some sections of the Yangtze River and Dongting Lake flooded uplift, embankment elevation continues to decline, increasing flood and waterlogging injury. Based on the systematic analysis, the ideas and flood control strategies of the artificial-natural composite geological environment system for rebuilding a virtuous circle are proposed.
