近日,笔者在某企业参加一个会议,听到主持会议的领导说:“同志们,在今天的会即将结束时,我顺便讲一下安全问题……”心里觉得很不是滋味;安全问题怎么能“顺便讲”呢? 首先,口出此言的某些领导同志“安全第一”的意识很不强,他们常把安全工作摆在其他工作后面,当作工作议事日程的“附带物”,大会小会的次要内容。遇到会议时间紧张,就把安全问题摆在可讲可不讲的位置;时间允许,顺便讲一讲,时间不够,便挤掉安全问题的内容。 其次,安全问题“顺便讲”,容易在职工群众中产生其他工作重要,安全工作次要的错觉,滋生忽视安全的麻痹思想,在生产经营活动中松懈“安全第一”的
