该文利用统计数据分析了上海地区的研发产业空间分布格局及其演化特征发现:上海研发产业空间格局具有圈层分布特点,主要集聚在市中心区域和浦东新区;呈现大分散、小集聚的多核心分散空间格局;研发产业依托各类园区及商务中心进行布局的特征明显。考察上海研发产业空间格局演化特征发现,研发产业集聚的核心区具有明显向浦东地区东移趋势,初期形成的核心-外围模式的空间结构发生了变化。该文结合产业集聚理论和实践,分析梳理了上海研发产业的时空演变过程,探讨其空间演化驱动因素,结论是:上海经济的高速发展及各区县经济实力的增强是研发企业集聚与扩散的主要驱动力,政府政策尤其是各类园区建设及产业布局规划,是影响近年上海研发产业空间结构演化的重要因素。
This paper analyzes the spatial distribution pattern of R & D industry in Shanghai and its evolution characteristics using statistical data. The spatial pattern of R & D industry in Shanghai shows the characteristics of the distribution of spheres, which are mainly concentrated in downtown area and Pudong New Area. The core of the spatial pattern of decentralization; R & D industry relies on various types of parks and business centers for the layout of the obvious characteristics. Examining the evolutionary characteristics of Shanghai’s R & D industry spatial pattern, we found that the core area of R & D industry agglomeration has a clear eastward shift to the Pudong area, and the spatial structure of the core-periphery pattern initially formed has changed. Combining the theory and practice of industrial agglomeration, this paper analyzes and analyzes the spatial and temporal evolution of Shanghai R & D industry and discusses the driving factors of its spatial evolution. The conclusion is that the rapid economic development in Shanghai and the economic strength of all districts and counties are the major factors in the concentration and diffusion of R & D firms Driving forces, government policies, especially various types of park construction and industrial layout planning, are important factors that have influenced the evolution of the spatial structure of Shanghai’s R & D industry in recent years.
