用异丁烯和甲醇为原料合成的甲基叔丁基醚,主要含有:甲基叔丁基醚、甲醇、叔丁醇、丁烯二聚物、丁烯三聚物等10多个组分。我们采用我们所已有的毛细管色谱法进行了组成分析,得到了比较满意的结果。仪器: 2305气相色谱仪。柱子:玻璃毛细管柱柱长83米内涂沙鱼烷。检测器:氢火焰离子化检测器。柱温30℃以下。定性及结果: 配制一个内含C_4、甲醇、甲基叔丁基醚、叔丁醇,丁烯二聚物,丁烯三聚物的样品,经分析得右边的色谱图。分别取上述组分标准样各一微升进样进行定性,确认1~#2~#峰为C_4峰,3~#峰为甲醇,4~#为甲基叔丁基醚,5~#为叔丁醇、6~#为二聚物,7~#为三聚物,还有个别峰未定性。
Methyl tert-butyl ether synthesized from isobutylene and methanol mainly contains more than 10 components such as methyl tert-butyl ether, methanol, tert-butanol, butene dimer and butene trimer. We used our existing capillary chromatography analysis of the composition, have been more satisfactory results. Instrument: 2305 gas chromatograph. Column: glass capillary column length of 83 meters painted sand fish alkane. Detector: Hydrogen flame ionization detector. Column temperature below 30 ℃. Qualitative and Results: Prepare a sample containing C_4, methanol, methyl tert-butyl ether, tert-butanol, butene dimer, butene terpolymer, and analyze the right chromatogram. Respectively, taking one microliter injection of the above component standard samples for qualitative identification, and confirming that peaks 1 to # 2 to # 4 are peaks of C_4, peaks # 3 to # 4, methyl tert-butyl ether # 4 and # Tert-butanol, 6 ~ # for the dimer, 7 ~ # for the trimer, as well as some indeterminate peaks.
