应用家兔离体大隐静脉标本，观察化合物ＨＬ－３２８对血管标本的作用及对５－羟色胺（５－ＨＴ）引起的收缩效应的影响。结果表明：化合物ＨＬ－３２８对该标本有微弱的激动作用（α＝１６％），并能抑制５－ＨＴ引起的收缩曲线。提示该化合物可能是５－羟色胺１Ｄ受体的部分激动剂。
The isolated rabbit saphenous vein specimens were used to observe the effect of compound HL-328 on vascular specimens and the effect of 5-HT on contractile effect. The results showed that the compound HL-328 had weak agitation (α = 16%) on this specimen and inhibited the 5-HT-induced contraction curve. Suggesting that this compound may be a partial agonist of the serotonin 1D receptor.
