目的分析放射卫生技术服务甲级机构资质评审和检测能力考核过程中存在的问题,提出对策。方法 对2008—2013年4月14家放射卫生技术服务甲级机构的资质评审现场考核和参加全国放射卫生技术服务机构检测能力考核的资料进行分析。结果 资质评审现场考核显示,评审项目出现不符合和基本符合情况居前4位的为检测工作、仪器设备、质量管理和建设项目评价能力的项目。2012年14家甲级机构参加比对的放射工作人员个人剂量监测、放射性核素γ能谱分析、水中总α总β放射性测量和生物剂量估算等4个考核项目的总体合格率均达100.0%,但优秀率仍有进一步提升的空间。结论 放射卫生技术服务甲级机构资质评审现场考核与检测能力考核相结合,对规范放射卫生技术服务工作,提高服务水平具有重要意义。
Objective To analyze the problems existing in the qualification assessment and testing ability assessment of Grade A institutions of radiotherapy and health services and put forward the countermeasures. Methods The data of 14 field radiology technical service grade A institutions’ qualification examination sites and their participation in the testing of national radiation health technology service institutions were analyzed in April 2008-2013. Results The field assessment of the qualification review showed that the top 4 projects that failed to meet the requirements and were basically in conformity with the assessment were projects for testing the work, equipment, quality management and evaluation of construction projects. In 2012, the overall pass rate of 4 test items such as individual dose monitoring of radionuclides, γ-ray analysis of radionuclides, total α-total β-radioactivity in water and bio-dose estimation of 14 Grade A institutions reached 100.0% , But there is still room for improvement in the rate of excellence. Conclusions The combination of on-site assessment and testing capability assessment of Grade A radiological health service institutions is of great significance for standardizing the technical service of radiological and sanitary services and improving the service level.
