1.常规贮藏法主要采用干燥、自然低温、密闭的方法,将加工出机的大米冷却到仓温后,才堆垛保管。高水分大米,可以码垛通风后进行短期保管,或通风摊凉降水后再密闭贮藏。2.低温贮藏法采用低温贮藏是大米保鲜的有效途径。
1. Conventional storage method is mainly dry, natural low temperature, airtight method, the processed rice cooled to warehouse temperature before stacking storage. High moisture rice, can be palletized ventilation for short-term custody, or ventilated stall cool precipitation and then closed storage. Low-temperature storage method using low-temperature storage is an effective way to preserve rice.
