女性夹式器械绝育术,因为效果可靠、操作简便、易于推广,而且有利于可复,因此愈来愈受欢迎。JS-I 型银夹,是在湖南银夹基础上改进夹子及上夹银钳的结构,研制成功的一种新型银夹。自1982年7月～83年3月临床应用991例,近期成功率在97.5%以上,副反应小。已于1984年4月通过省级评议。银夹器械已小批量生产,省内外五十几家医院推广应用。为了了解输卵管银夹绝育术后,对黄体生理功能的影响如何,本文对银夹绝育组及正常妇女对照组,均于月经黄体期,作血浆孕酮测定,观察黄体功能。现将结果摘要报告如下。
