为解决长期困绕粮食加工行业对原料累计计量的难题,河南省商水县粮食科研所和县第一面粉厂最近共同研制出一种“冲摆式固体流量计”。经省科技情报研究所联机检索,国内尚无同类产品与技术。目前已向国家专利局申报了专利。这种流量计不仅可用于原粮累计计量、还可用于饲料、盐、煤、水泥、纯碱、尿素等各种颗粒和粉状固体料流的计量。经河南省技术监督局计量检测误差<0.54%=0.45。与苏联电磁式小麦流量计、西德E+H公司的冲板式流量计相比,精度高、误差小、并解决了流量分布不均时,流体截面积变化给测定造成误动作的影响。使用该流量计时,当流体冲入冲摆式流量计的左、右摆槽时,它有自动储存、限量施放
