陶行知先生的生活教育理论中提出的“事情怎么做就怎么学,怎么学就怎么教。学的法子要跟着做的法子,教的法子要跟着学的法子”的思想对当今中学的英语教学有一定的启发作用。在中学英语教学中,要正确认识英语基础知识与语言运用能力的辩证关系。以学生为主体,在“361自主合作”课堂教学模式下,在掌握基础知识的前提下,实践陶行知教育思想和教学相结合,通过有教育意义的、有趣味的活动进行英语课本基础知识向能力转化。
