作者们温习了有关文献,在糖尿病与感觉神经性聋的关系方面,学者们意见尚有分岐。本文研究旨在明确上述关系,并探索耳聋病变部位是在耳蜗抑或蜗后。作者随机抽选50名糖尿病患者,其中男20人,女30人,年龄范围为18~74岁(平均51.34岁),受检者均无耳药物中毒史、耳病罹患史及家族性耳聋史,亦无噪声接触史。在隔音室进行检查:测定250~4000赫气导和骨导纯音听阈,按Owens氏法进行音衰试验,并用窄带噪声掩蔽。用高质量磁带录音机进行言语试验。对照组除无糖尿病史外,其它条件均与糖尿病组相同。结果:糖尿病组和对照组间纯音听力在统计学上
The authors reviewed the literature on the relationship between diabetes and sensory nerve deafness, and the opinions of scholars still differ. This study aims to clarify the above relationship and to explore the deafness lesions in the cochlea or cochlea. The authors randomly selected 50 patients with diabetes mellitus, 20 males and 30 females, aged from 18 to 74 years (mean 51.34 years). The subjects had no history of ototoxicity, history of ear disease and history of familial deafness , No noise exposure history. In the soundproof room for examination: Determination of 250 ~ 4000 Hz air conduction and bone conduction pure tone hearing threshold, according to Owens’s method of sound attenuation test, and with narrow-band noise masking. Use high-quality tape recorders for speech tests. The control group except diabetes without history, other conditions are the same with the diabetic group. Results: pure tone hearing between diabetic and control groups was statistically significant
