心脏及特殊部位血管损伤屡有所遇,救治不力死亡率极高。1990年至今,笔者参与了3例心脏、1例右肝静脉、1例右肝静脉并肝门处下腔静脉(以下简称肝下腔静脉)、1例右椎动脉利刃伤的救治。 1 资料与方法 1.1 临床资料本组6例,男5例,女1例,年龄17～46岁,平均34.8岁。致伤物为匕首4例,水果刀1例,菜刀1例。其中,由左胸锁骨中线第二肋间刺入,伤及左上肺、左心房1例;由胸骨左缘第四肋间刺入,伤及右心室1例(利刃留置在伤口);由胸骨左缘第五肋间刺入,伤及胸廓内动脉及左心室1例;由右前胸内侧第六肋间刺入,伤及右下肺、穿膈、经冠状韧带、划破右肝贯穿右肝静脉1例;由上腹正中
Cardiac and special parts of vascular injury often encountered, treatment ineffective mortality rate is extremely high.
