江西省人民政府批示: 江西省一九五四年春節慰問傷病員、革命殘廢軍人工作情况報告,經省府第二○○次行政會議審查通過。從報告所反映的情况來看,一年來,我們對於住我省各地的傷病員、革命殘癈軍人的醫療、休養和學習等方面,做了很多工作,並取得了一定的成績。但在某些地方亦存在着一些缺點和問題,今後尚須進一步改進和提高。這次慰問中,各醫院、學校的傷病员和革命殘廢軍人同志提出了一些意見和要求,應引起各有關部門的重视,立卽加以分析研究,作出適當的處理,以便改進這一工作。一九五四年三月十八日
Jiangxi Provincial People’s Government: Jiangxi Province, on the Spring Festival of 1954, condolences to the wounded and sick, the report on the work of disabled criminals in revolution, examined and approved by the 200th provincial government meeting. In the past year, we have done a great deal of work and made some achievements in the areas of medical care, recuperation and learning for the sick and wounded, the disabled and the disabled who live in various parts of our province. However, there are also some shortcomings and problems in some places. We must further improve and enhance them in the future. During the sympathy, some opinions and demands were put forward by comrades in hospitals, schools, and disabled criminals of the revolution, which should be given due consideration by all relevant departments and analyzed and researched accordingly. Appropriate measures should be taken to improve this work. March 18, 1954
