河北省乐亭县电力局坚持开展安全日活动,迄今32年未发生系统职工人身死亡、重伤及重大设备责任事故,重要的一条就是常年坚持开展每周末安全日活动。过好安全日要做到六点: 一是各级领导要重视 在局安全管理体系中,局长是全局安全工作的第一责任人;所、站长是本所、站安全工作的第一责任人;主抓安全工作的副局长负责全局安全日活动的领导工作;安监科根据不同时期的工作特点布置安全日活动的具体内容;所、站长具体负责本所、站的安全日活动。在所、站安全日活动中查摆出的一般性安全问题及设备隐患由安监科伙同所、站负责解决。对较重大安全问题要及时反馈到局安委会。安委会定期听取安全日活动汇报,解决较大安全问题,并对下步安全工作提出要求。局里根据不同时期安全工作的中心任务召集所、站长安全会议,及时对他们进行安全培训,定期交流各自
