用全尺寸疲劳试验进行铁路转向架疲劳设计评估

通过静载荷试验、疲劳试验和线路试验评估了电动车辆转向架构架的疲劳强度。对疲劳试验和线路试验中出现的应力历程的特征进行了评估,采用各种疲劳寿命评估方法对疲劳损伤进行了评估。试验结果表明,在载荷作用下,某些应变片测得的应力和应变按应变片所处的位置呈多轴状态。应根据位置和应力状态确定合适的疲劳评估方法。
