远未结束的跨国诉讼1998年7月13日。日本东京。下午3点20分,东京地方法院大门前,数百名日本人自发地聚集在这里。这些或白发、或青丝的日本男人和女人举着用日文、中文、英文三种文字书写的巨幅标语向法院走去。巨幅标语上写着几个大字:“向细菌战受害者道歉赔偿!”法院门前的大街上,行人停下了脚步,疾驰的汽车放下了油门,新闻记者们纷纷打开照相机和摄像机……在这支神情肃穆的队伍里,有三位来自中国常德的男人。他们是方运胜、李安谷、黄岳峰。这三位来自八百里洞庭的中国男子,是背负着数以万计的常德鼠疫细菌战死难者的冤魂东渡日本的。他们要到异国的法庭上,控诉57年前的那场惨绝人寰的罪恶!他们要让冤死的同胞的灵魂从此安宁!他们要向日本政府和当年的侵略者讨还公道!
Far-ended transnational litigation on July 13, 1998. Tokyo, Japan. At 3:20 pm, hundreds of Japanese spontaneously gathered here in front of the Tokyo District Court. These or white-haired, or black-haired Japanese men and women walked to the court with huge banners in Japanese, Chinese and English. The giant slogan reads several characters: “Apologize for the Victims of Bacteriological War!” The pedestrians stopped on the street in front of the courthouse, the galloping car lowered the throttle, and the journalists opened the camera and the camera ...
