循环经济的理念已经得到越来越多人的认可,我国现在大力提倡可持续发展,科学发展观已经成为了我国经济发展的指导思想。为了在循环经济中获得生存和发展的空间,企业应该制定科学的人力资源管理策略,优化企业的人力资源管理。以下主要分析了企业人力资源管理在循环经济的实施过程中面临的问题,并相应提出企业在循环经济背景下的人力资源管理策略,以供参考。
The concept of circular economy has been recognized by more and more people. Now that our country vigorously advocates sustainable development, the scientific concept of development has become the guiding ideology of our country’s economic development. In order to gain the survival and development space in the circular economy, enterprises should formulate scientific human resources management strategies and optimize their human resources management. The following mainly analyzes the problems that enterprise human resource management faces in the implementation of circular economy and puts forward corresponding strategies of human resources management in the context of circular economy for reference.
