光学功率谱数字测量系统是一种光学——计算机混和处理系统.本文提出了该系统的总体设计方法。包括:按使用要求选取合适的探测器;与之相匹配的光学系统和电子电路系统。并提出了消除和校正各种测量误差的方法.文中给出了细胞分类的应用实例。
Optical power spectrum digital measurement system is an optical-computer hybrid processing system.This paper presents the overall design of the system. Including: According to the requirements of the appropriate selection of detectors; matching the optical system and electronic circuit system. And put forward a method to eliminate and correct various measurement errors.The application examples of cell classification are given in this paper.
