目的:探讨责任制护理在血液净化中的应用效果。方法:选取2014年8月~2015年7月期间在永康市中医院血液净化中心进行维持性血液透析的患者120例作为实验组,选取2013年8月~2014年7月期间在本中心维持性血液透析患者120例作为对照组。对实验组血液净化透析患者实施“护士固定患者,患者固定机器”的责任制护理的方式与护士长-责任组长-责任护士的管理模式。责任小组人员根据透析患者的透析时间固定上班班次。对实施责任制护理前后的血液净化护理质量、患者满意度、医生满意度进行比较,评价其应用效果。结果:汇总2013年8月~2014年7月和2014年8月~2015年7月期间每个月血液净化中心护理质量的平均得分,发现血液中心在实施责任制护理后,护理服务、消毒隔离、整体护理的评分较实施前均有所提高(P<0.05)。实施责任制护理后,患者满意度、医生满意度和患者健康知识普及率较实施前也都有所提高(P<0.05)。结论:责任制护理在血液净化中的实施,增强了护理工作的连续性和完整性,提高了透析质量,有助于护理质量与护理服务水平的提高,提高了患者和医生的满意度,具有很好的应用效果。
Objective: To explore the application of liability management in blood purification. METHODS: A total of 120 patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis at the Blood Purification Center of Yongkang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2014 to July 2015 were selected as the experimental group. The patients in our center were selected from August 2013 to July 2014 120 hemodialysis patients as a control group. The experimental group of patients with blood purification dialysis implementation of “Nurses fixed patients, patients with fixed machine,” the responsibility of care and nurse - responsible head of the responsibility of nurse management. Responsible team members fixed shifts to dialysis based on dialysis time. Before and after the implementation of the responsibility system for blood purification nursing quality, patient satisfaction, doctor satisfaction were compared to evaluate the application effect. Results: The average scores of the quality of care of blood purification centers in each month from August 2013 to July 2014 and August 2014 to July 2015 were collected. After the implementation of accountability nursing care, the blood center was found to be nursing service, disinfection and isolation , While the overall nursing score was higher than before (P <0.05). After the implementation of the responsibility system, the patient satisfaction, doctor satisfaction and patient health knowledge penetration rate also increased compared with before implementation (P <0.05). Conclusion: The implementation of liability management in blood purification has enhanced the continuity and completeness of nursing work, improved the quality of dialysis, improved the quality of nursing services and nursing service, improved the satisfaction of patients and doctors, Very good application effect.
