1990年11月2～5日,国家科委条件财务司在郑州召开全国地方科技拨款制度改革座谈会,其目的是交流情况、总结经验、坚定方向、推进改革,来自全国39个省市的科委领导和有关同志参加了会议。我们株洲电力机车研究所被特邀出席了会议,所长丁爱国同志还在大会上介绍了我所科技体制改革的经验和体会,受到与会同志的充分肯定和高度赞扬。
From November 2 to November 5, 1990, the State Science and Technology Commission of Conditions and Finance held a forum on the reform of the local science and technology funds appropriation system in Zhengzhou. Its purpose is to exchange information, summarize experiences, persevere in direction and promote reforms.
