一、高中学生思想教育工作面临的一些挑战影响高中生思想观念和行为的因素很多。概括起来主要有两个方面。首先是学生自身心理发展阶段的影响,即内因。高中生正处于从青少年向成人转变的关键时期。他们开始尝试用成人的眼光去看待社会,同时也希望别人以成人来对待自己。随着自主意识的不断增强,他们往往表现的偏执,任性。不愿意接受家长和老师的教育和劝导。有时候甚至故意与家长和老师对着干。同时由于他们缺乏社会经验,在思想观念和行为方式上极易受到社会和周围人群的影响。调查显示高中生身上的许多不良行为如吸烟、喝酒、打架、早恋等都是由于他们刻意模仿成人或受同学影响
