目的:探讨绞股蓝提取液是否具有延缓小鼠皮肤老化的作用。方法:昆明种3月龄小鼠10只为青年对照组(A);昆明种12月龄小鼠40只随机分成4组:老年外用空白对照组(B)、老年阳性外用对照组(C)、老年给药外用组(D)、老年内服+外用给药组(E),分别对不同的组给予不同的药物,并以生化分析方法测定T-AOC及H2O2含量。结果:老年外用空白对照组与青年对照组比较,小鼠皮肤组织中的H2O2含量明显增加(P<0.01),T-AOC含量明显减少(P<0.01)。老年内服+外用绞股蓝组与老年外用空白对照组比较,小鼠皮肤中的H2O2含量明显降低(P<0.01)、T-AOC的含量显著提高(P<0.01)。老年外用给药组和老年外用阳性对照组与老年外用空白组比较,小鼠皮肤组织中的H2O2含量降低(P<0.05)、T-AOC的含量提高(P<0.05)。结论:绞股蓝提取液对自然衰老小鼠的皮肤具有抗衰老的作用。
Objective: To investigate whether Gynostemma pentaphyllum extract can delay skin aging in mice. METHODS: Ten Kunming mice aged 3 months were used as the young control group (A); 40 Kunming 12 month old mice were randomly divided into 4 groups: the elderly external control group (B) and the elderly external control group (C). Elderly patients were given topical (D), elderly oral or topical (E) groups, and different groups were given different drugs, and T-AOC and H2O2 levels were measured by biochemical analysis. RESULTS: Compared with the young control group, the aged control group had significantly increased H2O2 content (P<0.01) and T-AOC content (P<0.01). Compared with the elderly external control group, the content of H2O2 in the skin of mice was significantly decreased (P<0.01), and the content of T-AOC was significantly increased (P<0.01). The content of H2O2 in the skin tissue of mice in the elderly topical group and the elderly external use group was lower (P<0.05) and the content of T-AOC was increased (P<0.05). Conclusion: Gynostemma pentaphyllum extract has anti-aging effects on the skin of natural aging mice.
