为探讨焦炉逸散物对作业工人脂质过氧化水平的影响,选择作业工人298名,按工龄分为三组,不接触有害物质的作业工人280名为对照组.对血清SOD活性和MDA含量进行测定。结果显示,与对照组相比,焦化组血清SOD活性轻度增高,但无显著性差异,可能因接触焦炉逸散物者体内自由基增多。而MDA含量均有下降,暴露工龄>20年组与对照组相比差异有显著性(P<0.01),推测可能是机体清除自由基的其他酶活性增高,或MDA与核酸上的游离氨基酸发生共价交联,使游离雨二醇含量减少所致。
In order to explore the effect of coke oven fugitive on the lipid peroxidation level of workers, 298 workers were selected, divided into three groups according to their length of service and 280 workers without exposure to harmful substances as the control group.
