报道新型有机分子——三方向醚键型分枝状化合物的合成。目标化合物的合成选用甘油为三方向起始核心,以氧丙基为空间间隔基,通过延伸方法解决甘油末端羟基的立体位阻。甘油末端羟基经氰乙基化、醇解、还原和磺酸酯化等步骤制得化合物(4),(4)分别与3种不同的带保护基的分支侧链(1~3)成醚得化合物(5~7),(5~7)脱保护后得羟基数为原母核2倍的醚键型分枝状化合物。所合成的化合物(5~10)均未见文献报道,其结构经IR、1H-NMR和元素分析确证。它们可用于新型多分枝大分子——Cascade分子的合成研究。
Reported a new type of organic molecules - the synthesis of three-way ether bond-type dendrimers. The synthesis of the target compounds using glycerol as the starting core of the three directions, with oxypropyl as a spacer, by extending the terminal hydroxyl solution to solve the steric hindrance of glycerol. Compounds (4) were obtained by the cyanoethylation, alcoholysis, reduction and sulfonation of glycerol at the terminal hydroxyl groups. (4) The compounds were synthesized with three different branched side chains (1 ~ 3) Obtained compounds (5 ~ 7), (5 ~ 7) deprotected hydroxyl number of the original mother nucleus 2 times the ether bond-type branched compounds. The synthesized compounds (5 ~ 10) have not been reported in the literature and the structures were confirmed by IR, 1H-NMR and elemental analysis. They can be used for the synthesis of a new multi-branched macromolecule Cascade molecule.
