益店镇是我县冯家山水库灌区方田建设开展最早,规模最大的一个乡镇。全镇11个村,101个村民小组,3.03万人,耕地面积5.67万亩。冯家山水库灌区北于渠,从镇北边穿过,长7km,现已建成支渠5条,长17km,斗渠61条,长63km,分引渠633条,长19Ikm,抽水站25座,机井224眼,设施面积44480亩,有效灌溉面积42970亩。从1986年开始,为了建设节水、节能、省地、高产型新灌区,发展粮食基地,增强农业后劲,在冯家山水库灌区北干6、7、8支渠灌区进行统一规划,集中连片治理,大搞方田建设.5年来,衬砌渠道107km,建小抽水站10处,平整土地9100亩,建设方田2万亩。方田内斗口灌溉定额由过去的每亩
