In the past decade, significant improvements have been made in the automatic control system at the concentrator because of developments in the following areas: 1. Process automation analyzers to continuously analyze the slurry. 2. Designed a more efficient and easy to direct control of large-capacity flotation machine. 3. Widely used the basic measuring instruments and computer control systems. Especially for the new plant being designed, a certain level of basic measuring instruments and current-carrying analyzers are now almost completely standardized. Further developments of these plant automation technologies often include a process computer control system. As product specifications and quantities are constantly changing, there is a need to create new types of beneficiation plants and to improve existing concentrators, thus promoting the development of a wide range of automated systems, including current-carrying analyzers. This article will discuss three X-ray analyzers and an automatic control system developed and manufactured by Outokumpu Oy, introducing examples of lower production costs and other benefits, Flow Analyzer current world situation.
