Buildings are getting higher and higher, but the vision is getting narrower. The highway is wider and wider, but the speed is getting slower and slower. Buy more, but enjoy less. More dating, but shorter time. The topic is more, but the consensus is less. More knowledge, but less opinion. More experts, but fewer problems to solve. Drugs more, but health worse. We have more stuff, but less value. We talk more, love less. We learned to create life, but did not learn to enjoy life. We’ve been to the moon, but we do not know much about our neighbors. We conquered outer space, but did not conquer the inner world. We purify the air, but pollute our souls. We have more income, but less conscience. Production increased but quality declined.
