本工作通过葡萄糖激发胰岛素释放试验(GSIRT),观察了玉屏风散对甲低阳虚兔模型胰岛功能的影响。实验表明,行甲状腺切除术后21天,模型兔GSIRT峰时延迟,峰值低平(P<0.05);灌服玉屏风散煎剂则GSIRT峰值与对照兔相比差异不显著(P<0.05),且峰时并不延迟;胰岛素曲线下面积(mu·min/L)对照兔平均为1569.13,模型兔平均为1262.88,而灌服中药兔平均为1635.13。提示甲低阳虚兔模型胰岛β细胞反应差,储备功能低下,玉屏风散对此具有一定的调整作用。实验结果为探讨玉屏风散纠正甲低阳虚动物体温异常,维持体温稳态的作用机理提供了线索。
In this study, GSIRT was used to investigate the effect of Yupingfeng Powder on islet function in a rabbit model of hypoxia. The experiment showed that after 21 days of thyroidectomy, GSIRT peak time of the model rabbits was delayed, and the peak level was low (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in GSIRT peak value between the gavage Yupingfeng San decoction and the control rabbits (P<0.05). And the peak time was not delayed; the average area under the insulin curve (mu·min/L) was 1561.13 for the rabbits in the control, 1262.88 for the model rabbits, and 1635.13 for the rabbits fed the traditional Chinese medicine. The hypothesis that a low-yang rabbit model of pancreatic β-cell reaction is poor, low reserve function, Yuping Fengsan has a certain role in this adjustment. The experimental results provide clues for exploring the mechanism of Yupingfengsan’s correction of body temperature anomalies of hypothyroid yang deficiency and maintaining body temperature homeostasis.
