目的探讨灯盏花加弥可保治疗2型糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效。方法用灯盏花加弥可保治疗糖尿病周围神经病变30例,与30例丹参加维生素B12的治疗作对照。结果治疗组2周总有效率达96.7,显效率86.7%;对照组2周总有效率达66.7,显效率16.7%,两组疗效比较P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论灯盏花加弥可保治疗2型糖尿病周围神经病变疗效显著。
Objective To investigate the curative effect of Breviscapine and Mifeprod in the treatment of type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods Erigeron plus Mi Kebao treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy in 30 cases, and 30 cases of Salvia with vitamin B12 treatment as a control. Results The total effective rate was 96.7 and the effective rate was 86.7% in the two weeks in the treatment group. The total effective rate in the control group was 66.7% at 2 weeks. The effective rate was 16.7%. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Erigeron plus Mi Kebao treatment of type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy significant effect.
