5月27日,国有资产法立法研讨会在华东政法大学举行,国有资产法起草工作小组成员、中国政法大学教授李曙光应邀出席,来自华东政法大学、复旦大学、上海财经大学、上海交通大学、南京大学等著名院校的十几位法学专家济济一堂,对国资法立法的相关重要问题进行了研讨。上海国有资产经营公司副总裁徐菲博士也出席了研讨会。
On May 27, the State-owned Assets Law Seminar was held at East China University of Politics and Law. Li Shuguang, member of the drafting group of State-owned Assets Law and professor of China University of Political Science and Law, was invited to attend. From East China University of Political Science and Law, Fudan University, Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, Shanghai Jiaotong University, Nanjing More than a dozen law experts from well-known universities, such as universities, came together to discuss important issues related to the legislation of state-owned assets. Dr. Xu Fei, vice president of Shanghai State-owned Assets Management Company, also attended the seminar.
