各级党委文件的校核是办公厅(室)为党委服务工作的重要组成部分。文件校核决不仅仅是一般性的文字校订。更多的是为了确保党的方针、政策得以准确体现而从政治上把关,是直接为领导决策服务的。文件校核工作的这种性质要求从事文件校核工作的同志必须具有强烈的事业心和责任惑,能够自觉站在全局的高度,努力提高校核文件工作质量。实践中我们体会,提高文件校核工作质量要注意把握以下几点:一、“对光”。对部门关于拟发党委文件的报告提出处理建议是文件校核工作的重要环节。所提建议能否转化为党委的决策,取决于建议是否与全局工作的思
