高效课堂的提出,让教师意识到,仅仅用传统的教学模式是不行的,既不利于学生的身心发展,也不能有效地提高学生的知识储备。这就要求语文教学必须打破“课堂中心,书本中心,教师中心”的传统观念,树立“以学生为本,以学生长足、全面、和谐发展为本”的新的教学理念。一、为课堂增“趣”添“新”语文老师在教学过程中应当考虑以增加课堂趣味性,注入新鲜活力的方式来激发学生学习的兴趣,提高课堂学习效率。课堂是属于学生的,他们才是主体,才是主角,如果重心偏移,将失去课堂存在的意义和价值。课堂上有时会出现学生走神、做小动作的情况,不但会扰乱课堂纪律,影响其他学生学习,而且会干扰教师有效的教学。这些不“安分守己”的学生,很多老师一直头疼不已,并且软硬兼施
