SOX10是一种特殊的转录因子,在神经脊细胞生长过程中起重要作用,并且能够保持神经脊细胞具有多向分化潜能特性。最近研究表明,SOX10在恶性黑色素瘤(包括促结缔组织增生的黑色素瘤)、施万细胞来源的肿瘤、涎腺肿瘤,尤其是含有肌上皮分化特性的肿瘤中过表达。由于它仅在几种特定的肿瘤类型中表达,所以SOX10在外科病理学鉴别诊断中具有重要的应用价值。本文就SOX10在肿瘤鉴别诊断中的应用做一简要介绍。
SOX10 is a special transcription factor that plays an important role in the growth of neural spine cells and maintains the multidirectional differentiation potential of neural spine cells. Recent studies have shown that SOX10 is overexpressed in malignant melanoma (including melanoma with connective tissue hyperplasia), Schwann cell-derived tumors, salivary gland tumors, and in particular, tumors with myoepithelial differentiation. Because it is only expressed in several specific tumor types, SOX10 is of great value in the differential diagnosis of surgical pathology. In this paper, the application of SOX10 in differential diagnosis of tumors is briefly introduced.
