行政裁决是法律赋予政府的一项重要职责。行政裁决制度的完善与否直接关系到和谐社会的建设、社会的稳定和国家的长治久安,同时也是衡量一个国家法治水平的重要标尺之一。所以完善行政裁决制度,改进和完善当下我国行政裁决存在的问题已成为当务之急,势在必行。本文集中阐述了我国行政裁决的基本状况以及存在的问题,提出了完善我国行政裁决制度的诸多具体对策,以期对改进和完善我国行政裁决有所启迪。
Administrative adjudication is an important duty given by the law to the government. The improvement of the administrative adjudication system is directly related to the building of a harmonious society, social stability and the country’s long-term peace and stability, and is also one of the important measures to measure the level of the rule of law in a country. Therefore, improving the system of administrative adjudication and improving and perfecting the existing problems of our country’s administrative adjudication has become a top priority and imperative. This article focuses on the basic conditions and existing problems of administrative rulings in our country, and puts forward many specific measures to improve the system of administrative rulings in our country so as to give some inspiration to improve and perfect our administrative rulings.
