我院自1988年12月～1989年12月采用CO_2激光烧灼切割痔疮106例,术后复查随访3个月至1年,疗效满意,报告如下。 资料和方法 108例中内痔61例,外痔14例(血栓性外痔8例,结缔组织性外痔6例);混合痔31例。发病1～6个月者36例;6～12个月者45例;1～2年者14例;5～10年者11例。 采用长春第三光学仪器厂制造的CO_2激光机,波长10.6mm,连续波,输出功率25W,光点调在0.2mm。术前常规做肛门镜检查,化验出凝血时间及血小板。术前不需禁食,可进半流,于手前2小时排空大便后,清洁肛门。手术时需做到以下几点:①工作人员必须严格按激光室工作规定配戴防护眼镜;②调好所需电流强度及光斑大小;③嘱患者取截石位或左侧卧位,似充分暴露肛门为最佳体
