质量是产品和企业生存的根本,是企业发展的源泉,产品的质量好坏,直接体现一个企业的水平。大型建筑工程,因涉及工种多,技术含量高和各个环节的协调等许多问题,使得实施项目质量控制显得格外重要。建筑工程质量控制是指在整个生产周期中,利用系统工程理论,结合其他先进管理方法,对项目进行规划、决策、组织、协调、控制等管理工作以求在达到建筑质量、工期、造价、环保及其他要求的基础上,实现建筑工程项目的目标,而工序质量控制起到了关键性的作用。因而建筑工程施工工序质量控制的水平直接影响到该工程的最终效果。结合工作实际,就新形势下建筑工程施工工序的质量控制进行了探讨。
Quality is the fundamental product and business survival, is the source of business development, product quality is good or bad, directly reflects the level of an enterprise. Quality control of construction projects refers to the whole production cycle, the use of systems engineering theory, combined with other advanced management methods, the project planning, decision-making, organization, coordination, control and other management work in order to achieve the construction quality, duration, cost, environmental protection And other requirements based on the realization of the goal of construction projects, and process quality control has played a key role. Therefore, the quality control of construction projects directly affect the level of the project’s final result. In combination with the actual work, the quality control of the construction process in the new situation is discussed.
