2011年8月,西安市在全市启动禽类产品质量安全市场准入(即实行禽类产品持证挂标入市制度),对应加施禽类产品检疫标志而未加施的,今后一律不得进入市场销售,一旦发现,即按检疫不合格产品予以处理。实行禽类产品持证挂标入市制度,禽类产品检疫标志制度是禽类产品安全工作的一项重要内容,旨在探索禽类产品检疫监管工作思路,建立禽产品可追溯监管制度,落实禽产品质量安全责任追究制度。此举对进一步规范我市禽类产品安全卫生管理,防控禽类重大疫病,防止和杜绝有病禽类经营产品上市,确保全市人民群众生命安全和身体健康将起到重要的作用。各区县正积极推行检疫专用标志制度,以此保证禽类经营产品可追溯,确保上市禽类产品安全。但是专用标志推广时间不长,许多经营户、消费者对其并不太了解。
