1病例报告患者男,54岁。因“车轮碾压左足疼痛1h”入院。长年在外务工,既往体健,否认外伤史;吸烟30余年,20支/d。入院查体:神志清,胸廓无畸形,无压痛,左下肺呼吸音较右侧减弱,未闻及干湿性啰音,心率78/min,律齐,未闻及病理性杂音;腹平软,全腹无压痛及反跳痛,肝脾肾区无叩痛,肠鸣音正常;脊椎无压痛。左足背外侧局部肿胀,压痛,足背动脉搏动正常,足趾活动正常,余肢体及关节未见明显异常。入院后X线胸片提示左侧肋膈角变钝,考虑为左侧胸腔包裹积液;胸部CT检查提示为
