人口档案是开展人口调查与计划生育工作中形成的具有保存价值和参考价值的历史记录。人口档案为今后计划生育政策以及国家其他有关人口的决策提供了重要依据。随着人口和计划生育的相关工作向着规范化、标准化和法制化迈进,对人口计生档案的管理也提出了更高、更加严格的要求。探析新形势下做好人口档案管理工作的新方法,提升人口档案的管理水平,对于国家开展今后的工作、促进经济社会的向前发展具有很重要的作用。本文就新形势下人口档案管理工作进行探析,并提出自己的一些观点。
The population file is a historical record with preserved value and reference value formed in the work of population census and family planning. Population files provide an important basis for future family planning policies and other relevant national population decisions. As the related work on population and family planning progresses towards standardization, standardization and legalization, the management of population and family planning files has also set higher and stricter requirements. To explore new ways to do a good job of population archives management in the new situation and improve the management level of population archives play an important role in carrying out future work and promoting the economic and social development in our country. This article analyzes the work of population archives management under the new situation and puts forward some of our own views.
