目前,传统产业在我国国民经济中约占了75%以上的比重,因此,利用高新技术改造传统产业已经成为我国国民经济发展的一个重要趋势.在研究高新技术改造传统产业问题时,应首先对传统产业对高新技术需求因素加以全面分析,以求消除不利因素,利用有利因素,完成高新技术对传统产业的改造,建立起有中国特色的现代工业体系.近来,笔者调查了长春高新技术开发区的十余家企业,他们的实践从不同侧面反映了影响传统产业对高新技术的需求的因素是如何在起作用的.
