调解在我国自古就有,符合我国的传统道德观念,经历了波折的发展后,现在已在社会纠纷的解决中发挥着重要的作用。但是由于各种调解机制都有其优缺点,如果没有一个良好的机制将其衔接起来,实现联动,势必使其在纠纷解决中的作用不能全面发挥。本文以永州地区为例,对当地三种调解的现状进行了研究,并对如何实三种调解衔接联动的机制进行了探讨。
Mediation has existed in our country since ancient times and conforms to the traditional moral concepts of our country. Having experienced the twists and turns, mediation has now played an important role in the settlement of social disputes. However, due to the advantages and disadvantages of various mediation mechanisms, if there is not a good mechanism to link them up and achieve linkage, it is bound to make their role in dispute resolution not fully realized. Taking Yongzhou as an example, this paper studies the status quo of the three local mediations and discusses the mechanism of how the three mediations link up.
