目的:探讨眼部淋巴组织增生性病变的增殖活性与组织学分型的关系。方法:应用抗增殖细胞核抗原的单克隆抗体PC1O和AgNORs技术,对34例眼附属器淋巴组织增生性病变(包括良性淋巴组织增生14例,不典型增生9例,恶性淋巴瘤11例)的石腊切片进行检测。结果:良性淋巴组织增生与后二者PCNA及AgNORs计数之间均有非常显著的差异(PCNA P<0.001,AgNORs P<0.01及P<0.001),不典型增生与恶性淋巴瘤之间PCNA计数相差非常显著(P<0.01),AgNORs颗粒数量则无显著差异(P>0.05),同时发现AgNORs与PCNA计数有良好的相关关系(0.8693)。结论:两种技术对眼部淋巴增生病组织学分型有一定参考价值。眼科学报1998;14:66—68。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between proliferative activity and histological classification of ocular lymphoid hyperplastic lesions. Methods: Using monoclonal anti-proliferating cell nuclear antigen PC1O and AgNORs technology, 34 cases of ocular adnexal lymphoproliferative lesions (including 14 cases of benign lymphoid hyperplasia, 9 cases of dysplasia and 11 cases of malignant lymphoma) Wax slices for testing. Results: There was a significant difference between PCNA and AgNORs in both benign and malignant lymphoma (PCNA P <0.001, AgNORs P <0.01 and P <0.001), but there was a significant difference in PCNA count between atypical hyperplasia and malignant lymphoma (P <0.01). There was no significant difference in the number of AgNORs particles (P> 0.05). Meanwhile, there was a good correlation between AgNORs and PCNA count (0.8693). Conclusion: The two techniques have some reference value for histological type of lymphoproliferative disease. Ophthalmic Science 1998; 14: 66-68.
